Exploring the Superconsciousness | In-person

Peter and Bobbi will present a workshop which explores the Superconsciousness - the higher state of awareness that transcends self-consciousness and the subconsciousness, allowing individuals to access intuitive knowledge and spiritual insights. They will discuss these three states of consciousness and how to recognize them. The Superconsciousness is often associated with experiences of creativity, self realization and a deeper understanding of existence. Participants will learn how to determine what it is and how to access this higher frequency / guidance for the betterment of all. Participants will be guided through visualization exercises and meditation on mantra. Peter and Bobbi use the ancient and sacred didgeridoo with sound / color vibrational attunement / vocal intonations / conscious connected breath work combined with ancient wisdom to focus on each participant exploring the 7 chakras. Each individual will receive a didgeridoo sound healing clearing dark / grey frequencies in problem areas.

An uplifting sound bath experience will follow featuring the didgeridoo,mesmerizing vocal harmony, Australian indigenous message sticks, Navajo – The Dine` traditional drum, Native American “love” Flute, drone flute, crystal singing bowls, harmonica, tongue drum, rain disk and keyboard drones. Each instrument is performed with intention, creating a symphony of ethereal vibrations that nurture the mind, body, and soul. Their offerings create an immersive experience that transports participants towards a state of deep inner peace.

No Yoga experience needed, beginners are very welcome. Please bring comfy clothes, mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, drink and comfort items.
